Terms of Use

  • Create deepfake content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
  • Clone the voice of any person without their explicit consent.
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Services without our prior written consent.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our Services. By uploading or creating content through our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. This licence terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of sharing it. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions for any content you upload, including rights to any likenesses, voices, or copyrighted material.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate videos, audio, images, and other media. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or satisfactory. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs are generated algorithmically and may contain errors or unexpected results.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before sharing or publishing it.
  • We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use or distribution of AI-generated content.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our website. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are subject to the refund policies of the respective payment platform.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Esefe Group and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability).

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESEFE GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, HOWEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Esefe Group is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
